Five nurses from Nicklaus Children’s Hospital will be participating in the Society of Pediatric Nurses’ Leadership Skills Development Program. This 12-month initiative is designed to equip aspiring, emerging, and current pediatric nurse leaders with essential leadership skills. Upon completion of the program, our nurses will be able to apply these skills and strategies to enhance leadership within their units.
